RETURNS + EXCHANGES

At Willow + Hutch, we value your satisfaction. If, for any reason, you find yourself unsatisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue a store credit within 14 days. This not only ensures your investment is protected but also gives you the flexibility to choose another item that better suits your needs.  The item must be returned in new, unused condition in its original package, with a copy of your receipt. Please note, sale items cannot be returned. 

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping fees are your responsibility. All returns must be sent via a trackable source. We will not be held responsible for items lost in the post when returned to us.

Willow + Hutch must approve all returns. Before shipping back your return, please contact us at hello@willowandhutch.com.au. Please include your order number with the package.

Please note that we do not accept responsibility for breakages in ceramics. We take every care to package them securely.
