We have a 14 day returns policy for your peace of mind. Please email hello@willowandhutch.com.au with your return request to be approved prior to sending the item(s) back.
Orders eligible for a return must be sent back as new, at owner's expense and arrive within a 7 day period after approval.
Any sign of wear, or if the product is not returned as new, this may affect the refund. If eligible for return, please allow 3-5 business days once we have received your order for processing.
